If you need a Hutchins tool repaired... You have 2 Options:

1. Send it to Hutchins Mfg. Co. Directly

For Direct Service From Hutchins, Follow These Directions:

A. To repair a tool, please download the Flat Rate Repair Form. If your tool is still under warranty, download the Warranty Repair Form. If you cannot download a form please send an email to: repair@hutchinsmfg.com and it can be faxed or mailed to you.

B. Please fill out the form and send it with your tools to:

Attention: Repair Department

C. Send your tool by UPS or Certified mail so it is insured.

D. Keep your model and serial number for tracking purposes.

 

2. Send it to an Authorized Warranty Repair Station.
